We had a lovely stay at this hotel during our city trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor seating area was the best place to have our meals - the Italian food was flavorsome and made with fresh ingredients. the room itself was splendid and very comfortable.
The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient as it was situated far from the city center of Hamburg. the absence of a lift to the room was an inconvenience.

The surrounding town is beautiful and offers a charming atmosphere. the outdoor seating area is fantastic, perfect for enjoying a meal or drink. the room itself is quite lovely, with nice modern furnishings and pleasing decor. the bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. the breakfast served is delicious, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety to choose from.
It's a shame that the hotel is located far from the center of town, making it inconvenient who wish to explore the city.

The hotel was further from the city center than anticipated and there was no elevator to our room. the road outside was also quite noisy during the daytime, making it difficult to sleep in or relax.
